Hey, folks, be sure to attend Seedy Saturday Sault and Seedy Saturday Algoma! The new Sault/Algoma Grow Me Instead Guide to invasive plants and native alternatives will be handed out to gardeners visiting our booth at both Seedy Saturdays ( March 4-Sault and March 11-Algoma). In addition, Clean North volunteers will do live demos of winter sowing native plant seeds and sorting composting worms. A limited number of attendees will be able to take home a cup of sown native plant seeds (swamp milkweed or spotted Joe-Pye weed). The Seedy Saturday Algoma event will also feature Clean North’s Abby Obenchain giving a talk on the new Grow Me Instead Guide, starting at 10:30 am.

More about Seedy Saturday
