Hello all you BOYD-planners...
I need to know who's in on the technical side of things for this event, October 1 and 2, same place, same organizational details. If you've already told me, ignore this message...
Who can be there for these tasks:
1. Friday morning at 10, to triage the incoming stuff from businesses 2. Friday afternoon at 1, to set up test beds for equipment 3. Friday evening at 6, to start with the testing and pricing
Saturday for the usual mayhem...
Please let me know. Thanks! Also, it's now a really good time to give me any suggestions you've thought of for the paperwork or organizational details... Have you noticed anything that could run more smoothly? I haven't done the purchase forms or volunteer purchase forms for this event yet...
